“My Songs” Commemorative Edition to be released in Japan...

Sting will perform in Japan in October 2019 with his latest album "My Songs", and to commemorate these shows a special version of “My Songs” will be released on 4 October, which includes live recordings from the current tour.


Released in May 2019, "My Songs" contains a modern update of the classic songs of The Police and Sting. The Japanese release of “My Songs” will be a deluxe 2 CD set with 11 new live recordings from the “2019 My Songs Tour” currently being performed overseas. Tickets for performances in Japan are now on sale.

Composer, singer-songwriter, actor, author and activist Sting will headline celebrations for Peace One Day’s 20th anniversary at Shakespeare’s Globe on London’s Bankside this September. This year Sting was recognised by the BMI Pop Awards for his enduring hit single “Every Breath You Take” as the Most Performed Song on radio, and he will close the concert with a special performance for Peace Day.

In the first episode Brian heads to New York to meet his old friend Sting, who reflects on The Police's humble beginnings, his rise to fame, the band's break up and his pre-show rituals.
